Wallace and Gromit, or Shaun the Sheep? Brilliant animation using stop motion techniques. Make your own Halloween characters using clay or plasticine, and learn how to make a stop-motion animation shot to share (or not) with the world.

Zine Making with Photoworks LGBTQ+ Photography Club

Explore the history of zines and their relationship to LGBTQ+ activism. Try a variety of photography activities, print off your work and create a zine of your own. Artist Eva Louisa Jonas and members of the Worthing LGBTQ+ Photography Club will show you how, inspired by the club’s recent collaborative zine ‘The Importance of Things’. This workshop is co-designed by LGBTQ+ young people for young people who identify as LGBTQ+ or unsure. Friends and allies welcome. No experience or equipment needed.

K-Pop Dance workshop @ At the Dance Space – Circus Street

K-Pop dance focuses on expressing personality and attitude – using techniques from a broad range of dance styles.

Join Junu, a brilliant, industry trained Korean choreographer in this K-Pop workshop where you can develop your technique, stamina and on-stage identity in an energetic and supportive space, exploring famous K-Pop music routines.

Junu will help you define your character as a performer for live performance, as well as for filming and social media.

This class is suitable for all abilities, ages 13-19 years, no experience necessary.

THE CHANNEL ft + THE BADGER Writing Workshop

The Channel and The Badger (Media Societies at the University of Sussex) invite you to participate in two hours of creative and critical practice. Hone your creative skills as the next Murakami or practice your critical voice as the next Victoria Derbyshire. This free workshop will not only give young people writing experience, but an opportunity to talk to their fellow peers only a few years older than them and possibly get the chance to be published by The Channel!

The Wonder Club – Taster Workshop
