Taking over an entire floor, ThirdSpace Theatre performers will lead you through a new piece devised by them. After another pandemic, children of the infected are crammed into overcrowded, underfunded centres. As the cracks in society grow, so too do the fragile connections these imprisoned young people cling on to fall apart…
Performance Skills, with Vincent Dance Theatre

Join VDT for a playful, performance-inspired workshop based on their award-winning production Virgin Territory, which explores gender stereotypes, identity and the pressures of living life online. Using props, costumes and themes from the show, we’ll move, play, talk and create some quick fire scenes together. We’ll also share a short extract from our digital work to ignite your imagination! No experience needed – just bring yourself and your curiosity. All participants will be awarded a digital badge at the end of the workshop.

It could be for a party, cosplay, a play, Halloween or any other occasion you have to dress up – simple tricks you’ll be able to use time and time again to make your own outfit through basic making skills.
Drag Make-up & Photoshoot

Drag monarchs step forward! Be supported to find your inner drag persona – costumes, make-up, tips & advice to divine your inner diva. Get your runway snaps in the photoshoot afterwards or just come to practice your skills; either way, this is the space to unlock your true self. Supported by professional drag artist Alarah Matrixx and BYC’s very own Mimi Kraft.

Between You and Me
